Wow, time is literally went by really quickly guys, it’s already the end of January 2018! Can you believe it? Wow, I feel like I haven’t done anything remarkable this first month of 2018 and yet it just went by really quickly! :”) But aaaniway, here’s my first empties in the first month of 2018, let’s jump right in!
1 & 2. Bioderma Sensibio H2O 500 ml and 100 ml
I think I don’t have to explain about these micellar water anymore, hands down my HG micellar water that I would continue to repurchase even if there’s a lot of much affordable option out there. 😆 I bought this smaller one I think together with the Bioderma Sample packages that includes lots of travel sized Bioderma stuff back then. Well, even if I got a chance to sampled other Bioderma product, I think that my favorite product from them is still is their Bioderma Sensibio H2O. So, this is probably not the last time you would see it in my empties report!
3. Innisfree Daily Protection Cream Mild SPF 30 PA+++
I rarely tried new sunscreen these days, and I have to say that this Innisfree one is pretty okay, really comparable to the Bioré UV Aqua Sunscreen that I repurchase multiple times. If you are really that sensitive to alcohol, and can’t stand the alcohol ingredients in the Bioré one, I suggest you to try this one, because it don’t have alcohol on their ingredients list and supposedly way more mild because it is made for sensitive skin. Well, I can see myself to be repurchasing it in the future!
4. Ebelin by DM Brush Cleanser
Finally! Finally I finished this product, lol! Well, to be honest I don’t find spray brush cleanser to be necessary in your vanity; however, it’s pretty useful especially if you are a make up artist for quick brush cleaning. If you are not one, it’s useful for in between deep cleansing your brushes, though. Repurchase it? Well, for me, not at the moment, because I need 2 years to finish this bad boy alone, lol.
5. CLIO Kill Cover Concealer
Though in my review I said that it is drying and it is definitely not my preferable concealer, after I managed to finish it, it’s actually not that bad. It’s pretty descent if you use it under a moisturizing eye cream. And I think I might prefer this one much more than The Saem concealer. But, in the end, I don’t think that I would repurchase them, though, because I think Maybelline Fit Me concealer works much better, priced much cheaper, and easier to repurchase for me in the nearest drugstore.
6. Hada Labo Gokyujun Light Lotion
My HG hydrating toner, we meet again and again in the empties post! I featured this product for a couple of times already in the empties post, and I don’t think that this time is the last one, lol. For me, this is still the hydrating toner that’s worth much more than its priced. Need basic hydrating toner but don’t have lots of money? I would suggest you to purchase this one. Want to start your skin care journey and clueless on what to purchase first? I would also suggest you to purchase this one! Well, to be fair, I’ve always suggest everyone that asked me about the perfect entry point for skin care, and I have to say that this lotion, and the entire Hada Labo Gokyujun line is the perfect one! By now, I’m pretty sure everyone would think that I was paid by Hada Labo, lol, I wish! 😆
7. Sunday Riley C.E.O Moisturizer
Well, every skin care nerds must be already know that if a Vitamin C skin care don’t have the correct packaging, you shouldn’t expect the full benefits from it. Nevertheless, despite I’ve never seen any brightening result from this moisturizer, I still think that this is a quite nice, tangerine scented moisturizer that I would happily to use from time to time if not for the crazy price tag. Well, to be fair, I don’t think that this moisturizer really bad, in fact I really like it, however, for the price, I think I could find another much more affordable moisturizer with the same result to this one.
8. Innisfree The Green Tea Seed Serum
Another product that I don’t really get the hype. To be fair, I think it’s a descent serum for skin care newbies and for people with simpler routines, it would make your skin boost up its hydration level without a doubt. However, if you have K-beauty routines that include 7 skin methods and have more than 10 steps routine, I don’t think that this serum would do much for your skin. I won’t repurchase it, even though it’s quite nice to have this kind of packaging because it’s really convenient for traveling purposes.
9. Dolly Wink Eyeliner
Another past favorites! I think when I’m running out of all of my Japanese eyeliners, I will turn back into this one because this is the only accessible Japanese eyeliner in my country, lol. I have no complain regarding this eyeliner except the fact that it’s easy to dried up if I’m comparing it to my other Japanese eyeliner.
10. K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner 24h Alice in Wonderland LE in Brown Black
I think this is my favorite K-Palette eyeliner amongst my other K-Palette liners that I’ve tried. First, the super cute Alice in Wonderland packaging! It’s just so cute I just can’t! ❤ Second, the deep brown shade. I think by now I prefer deep brown shade rather than jet black shade for my liners. It’s much more natural looking and not making my eyes that sharp rather than the black shade one.
11. BLP Beauty Lip Coat in Butter Fudge
It’s rare for me to finish a tube of lipstick, so it’s must be saying something. I religiously use this particular liquid lipstick every. single. day. ever since I purchase this one! Love it to bits! The most neutral nude shade that would go with everything, the longevity, the comfortness, the pigmentation, everything! I think, if I happened to finish my other nude lipstick, I would only solely repurchase this one!
12. Flow Fushi Mote Liner
Hands down my best discovery in terms of eyeliner in 2017! The best eyeliner that I’ve ever encountered! Lasted for so long, not easy to dried up, the brush applicator that made me easier to achieve the perfect cat eye look, the natural yet enough pigmentation deep brown shade, the super sleek packaging, oh, I just couldn’t find any fault in this eyeliner! Would definitely stock up this bad boy if I happened to find it in the future!
13. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask [Original]
Oh this baby, the saviour to my lips ever since 2016. $20~$25 maybe sounds a lot for a lip product, but seriously guys, this particular product is a total life changing product that will help your lips more than anything! It also would lasted you for a looooong time. I finish this product within 1 year and 2 months, I think, which is really long considering I use it every single night! Maybe for now, you would think that you don’t even need it, but once you try it, you will realize why everyone’s raved about it! Repurchase it? Already! Here’s my review regarding one of the newer scent, the Vanilla one!
14. Innisfree Orchid Enriched Cream
One of the product that surprised me amongst the Innisfree samples that I’ve got a while ago. Definitely one of the Innisfree product that I like, which is quite rare, lol. I love it how it makes my skin plumper whenever I used it and how it locked my hydration perfectly. However I consider the price were quite high locally. Maybe I will repurchase it in the future, just, not in near future.
15. Maybelline Micellar Water
One of the ‘meh’ micellar water that I’ve tried from the drugstore. It’s just okay, nothing remarkable about it, and definitely won’t repurchase it in the future.
