Since my Heroine Make Eye & Make Up Remover was running out and I haven’t got any back up yet, and I couldn’t found any Bioré Eye Make Up Remover yet, well, I grab this NIVEA Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover in the nearest drugstore right away. I just realize though, that this NIVEA Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover is one of the cheapest eye make up remover in the drugstore, even cheaper than the Maybelline one, I’m surprised!

If I’m going to compare it to another waterproof eye make up remover that I loved, this NIVEA Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover is not as oily a the other ones. But, it still removes my Heroine Make waterproof mascara really well! Not sure about the current eyeliner that I’m currently testing, though… But I’m suspicious that the eyeliner always left tinted eyeliner marks even though I removed it with oil based / balm cleanser as well. Therefore, until further confirmation, as for now I think that this is a pretty decent waterproof eye make up remover!
The thing that quite bother me whenever I use this remover is the fact that my eye area tend to burn slightly whenever I use this remover. But it’s just minor, not something that really bothered me. Well, all in all, I think I would repurchase this NIVEA Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover in the future because it’s simply effective for my waterproof makeup, and affordable! It’s a decent make up remover in my opinion even though it’s not as good as the ARITAUM Make Up Remover, Bioré or the Heroine Make one.
