Empties Report: November 2017

Can you believe that it’s one month away to 2018? God, time surely running really fast, isn’t it? On this month’s Empties Report I think I don’t particularly have interesting products here. This post mostly consist repurchased item that I repeatedly mentioned on my blog or product that I’ve made an individual review in the past. Well, except one product for one future blogpost! 😉

So, without further ado, let’s jump right in!

1. Dove Beauty Moisture Conditioning Facial Cleanser

I can’t believe that I’m saying that I love this cleanser as much as I love my Hada Labo Gokyujun facial cleanser. Though it’s noticeably less foamy than the Hada Labo one, I appreciate that Dove brings some alternatives to low-pH cleanser that’s not only friendly to the skin, but friendly to our wallet as well! ;-). This cleanser is never stripped away my skin, and pretty moisturizing. Repurchase? Well, do you really need to ask? I’ve emptied two tube of this cleanser already!

2. Huxley Secret of Sahara Essence Grab Water

Well, I have to say that as for now, I can’t judge Huxley as a brand yet. Why? Because after I encounter this serum and the well hyped Innisfree Green Tea Seed serum, I guess watery hydrating serum is not for me. I have dry skin yes, but I always tend to encounter my dryness by layering tons of toner, hydrating toner, and lock it well with nourishing oil and I think because I already have so much “hydrating part”, I want to have other serum that targeting different concern on the skin. That is why I somehow prefer its Brightening Essence. However, I need to underline that the one that didn’t really work for me is the watery hydrating serum, though, since I love propolis sooo much, even from the cheapest It’s Skin one!

3. Menard Tsukika Lotion Moist

I’ve lost tracked on how many bottles of this Menard Tsukika Lotion Moist I’ve gone through. I think… this is probably my fifth bottle? Well, as I have dehydrated skin, I have to say that this is such a life saviour to my dehydrated skin. The first step on my skin care routine is one of the most important step in my opinion, and this Menard Tsukika Lotion Moist always successfully help my skin to not dries out after facial cleansing step.  Love it! Repurchased already <3!

4. Sunday Riley LUNA Sleeping Night Oil

The one that I love the most from the Sunday Riley Sunday School Set! If you’ve been following me for a while, you must be know that since June/July, I’ve been obsessed with oils and literally can’t stop talking about it! And this oil is probably one of the best oil that I’ve ever tried, especially with its retinol focused ingredients. Retinol is famous for its drying effects, and somehow, with this gorgeous, gorgeous blend, you can have the good side of retinol with much more nourishing and moisturizing properties! Repurchase? Well, definitely if I have the money to spare on, lol! 😆

5. Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner (Deep Black)

This eyeliner is surely well loved a couple of years ago, lol. I forgot to throw it away and here it was, on the bottom of my vanity, hiding. This is used to be one of my HG eyeliner, however since I’ve been experimenting with new eyeliners since last year, this Dolly Wink is just seems forgotten in the back of my vanity… But afraid not, I remember that I used it pretty well until it dries out. Will I repurchase it again? Well, I’m sure, someday, maybe next year when I’m running out of stock of my Japanese eyeliner?

6. Hada Labo Gokyujun Perfect 3D Gel

Another repurchased product that I already repurchase again! 😆 Well, no need to describe more about this moisturizer, it’s just works! It does the job perfectly at locking my skin care underneath, moisturizing, and at lifting because of the 3D Gel technology! Moreover, with its friendly pricetag, what’s not to love about this moisturizer?

6. CLIO Kill Brow Tinted Tattoo

Used to love this product sooo much. Purchased this gal at 2014, the year when it’s definitely on its hype, and left forgotten on the back of my vanity after I emptied it, lol. If I had the access to repurchase this, and if only the online retailer sold it without the high markup, I would probably keep repurchasing this. I love this brow product because not only it consist tinted eyebrow and brow mascara on one item, the tinted brow product also have some eyebrow serum benefits, so my eyebrow will grow exactly where I drew the tinted eyebrow! How amazing is that?!

7. Bio-Essence Face Lifting Cream

The product that had so many raves amongst (mostly) South East Asians influencers several years ago because of its lifting benefits. Well, the idea is pretty similar with the Hada Labo Gokyujun Perfect 3D Gel, but I feel like this product had the stronger lifting effect. My skin would feel really lifted afterwards. And it’s pretty moisturizing as well, with its Royal Jelly ingredients. Repurchase? Hmm.. maybe.

8. Hada Labo Gokyujun Ultimate Moisturizing Lotion

Okay, by now, this sounded like paid promotion to Hada Labo, lol (I wish! 😛 ). On the days where I’m on drier side, I would prefer this Hada Labo Gokyujun Ultimate Moisturizing Lotion to the lighter one, because, obviously, it’s more heavier and moisturizing. But with the same watery, easy to adsorb formulation! Repurchase? Most definitely!

9. My Beauty Diary Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Mask

One of my favorite sheet mask e-v-e-r! With its thick consistency, instant hydrating and moisturizing effect, my dehydrated skin always instantly drink up all the essence from this sheet mask. This mask always left my skin plump and well hydrated afterwards, so what’s not to love? Will definitely pick up another box soon! 😉
