If there’s anything that I’d like to avoid in my makeup routine, it would be eyelash curler. Why? First, my lashes is just too short for an eyelash curler and second, I don’t know if I actually know to properly use it, lol. 😆 But I’ve always have a couple of barely used eyelash curler, just for the sake of having it, I guess.

Nevertheless, when I finally being serious in my makeup game, I’ve been eyeing this Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler. I know it’s one of the best in the industry, and most of all, it’s a cult favorite. I’ve always always, curious to try a cult favorite. I’ve been hesitating to buy this guy for so long, and finally I bought it during my birthday earlier this year. Of course, with my Sephora Birthday Discount Code, lol.

Although I have short lashes, I think I am blessed to have curled lashes. So, maybe that’s the reason why I don’t think that eyelash curler worked on me. Well, I think I wish that this Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler would magically made me skillful enough to curled my lashes. Of course that’s not going to happened unless I practiced.

But, skill aside, I think this definitely works to curled lashes. It’s just that I think my lashes is curled enough that I don’t think that it made any difference, lol. However, I am pretty sure to other people, it would help to curled the lashes. Why? Because the grip and the pad is surely different that the cheaper one in the market. The Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler have more cushiony pad and won’t likely to hurt your eyes, and the handle is perfectly designed to reach the perfect angle to curling your lashes.

Will I repurchase it? Of course not, because this Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler is a lifetime investment in my opinion. Well, maybe not lifetime if you use it for everyday, but I’m pretty sure (based on a lot of people reviews as well) that it will lasted you for years, unlike those cheap eyelash curler. You just need that one eyelash curler to be trusted in your vanity, and this is the one. Oh, I wish I have longer lashes to be curled.
