Empties Report: June 2017

IMG_1556

Well, well, it’s already the end of June already. Why time seems always goes faster and faster these days? 😐 Uh, nevertheless, when it’s the end of the month, which means, I will post an Empties Report as usual! This month I finish a lot of things that didn’t quite impressed me at first, but they mostly grown on me and I’m pretty sure that I will missed quite a lot of things here. Curious enough? Here’s my June 2019 Empties Report!

1. It’s Skin Power 10 Formula VE Effector

This serum intrigued me at first. I even avoid it from my routine for about three months because I’m not fond of the texture and the formula at first. However, I finally used it again because I was afraid that it will go expired soon. Well, it’s certainly not my favorite serum, but I think now that I tried all of the It’s Skin Power 10 Formula that I bought, I think this serum works pretty average, and the texture is not that awful, though. Will I repurchase it? No. But still, I will recommend this (and all of the It’s Skin Power 10 Formula range on that matter) to skin care newbie that looking for affordable and pretty safe serum that will do no harm on your skin.

2. K-PALETTE 1 Day Tattoo Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Liquid & Powder

This stuff is definitely expired already, lollll . Therefore, I just had to throw it away. Nevertheless, I finish the liquid part already, which is like a tinted eyebrow formula. The pigmentation of the liquid tinted eyebrow is on point, I definitely prefer this rather than CLIO Eyebrow Tattoo. If I came back to Japan again, I would probably going to repurchase this.

3. Heimish All Clean Balm

Oh, the much raved cleansing balm on the Instagram. On my full review about this, I already talk about how I hate the scent and the unstable consistency of the cleansing balm. And I stand by my opinion until the last scoop of the cleansing balm. Though this Heimish All Clean Balm is far cheaper than my favorite Banila Co. Clean It Zero, I won’t repurchase it in near future. I’d rather try repurchase my Banila Co. one any day.

4. It’s Skin Power 10 Formula PO Effector

One of my favorite serum from the line. Though I stand by my opinion that all of It’s Skin Power 10 Formula serums are average didn’t give us any massive difference in our skin, this particular formula intrigued me. It works like primer, pore filling and a wee-bit mattifying, but without make my skin dry, even lightly hydrate it. It won’t give you the “smaller pores” results as its promises once you finish the bottle, but if you want to have a skin-beneficial primer, then by all any means, I would recommend you to try this It’s Skin Power 10 Formula PO Effector. However, will I repurchase it? Hmm, probably not.

5. Laneige Water Sleeping Mask

My first impressions with this mask was a bit meh, this mask used to confuse me a while back. I even consider to give it to my relatives months ago. However, I decided to give it another try, just for the sake of finishing it. But lo and behold, my skin actually loves this mask after that second chance. I don’t know if my current routine works well together with the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask or not, but this mask surely does wonder to my skin. It gives my skin suppleness with a lovely watery texture. Will definitely repurchase this. I’ve been eyeing the Lavender version these days!

6. Hada Labo Gokyujun Ultimate Moisturizing Night Cream

7. Hada Labo Gokyujun Perfect 3D Gel

I guess it’s not longer a secret that I’m a big fan of Hada Labo Gokyujun line up. I’ve been testing out a few pretty expensive moisturizer like the highly raved Banila Co. Miss Flower and Mr. Honey, but I think I will always come back to these moisturizer, though. The main reason is because I went through moisturizer pretty quickly, and I’d rather repurchase an affordable moisturizer that works well for my skin continuously. It doesn’t mean that I won’t purchase any mid-high end moisturizer in the future though, (I’m still eyeing that Belif Moisturizing Bomb and Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream), but it’s highly unlikely that I will repurchase the expensive one in near future.

So, yeah, I don’t think that these empties surprised a long time reader because I did a full review of most of them in blog already. Do you spot any favorites? Please do share it with me in the comment section bellow! 🙂

xx,

Amanda.
