[REVIEW] INNISFREE Water Fit Cushion SPF34 PA++ #N23

It’s been a long time since I wanted to try Innisfree cushion. However, since there are a lot of mixed reviews around Innisfree cushion, I hesitated to buy one. That until they release their new concept of cushion, the Innisfree My Cushion Case, which provides like, literally tons of cushion case with cute patterns along with their new formulation of cushion foundations sometimes last year.

I choose the Water Fit Cushion because I’m afraid that the Pore Fitting one would be way to drying for my skin and I was hesitant to choose the Ampoule one because I think it would be too heavy for Jakarta’s humid weather. Therefore, I hope that Water Fit Cushion would be the perfect for me.

The shade #N23 is definitely perfect for my skin. I feel like the coverage is pretty similar to Laneige BB Cushion Whitening ; more on the sheer to medium coverage. The initial application is pretty smooth and easy to blend. Oh, I choose the brown air puff, by the way, since I was curious that it claimed to give matte finish upon application. But I don’t really understand if it’s due to the Water Fit formulation or something, but I still get dewy finish after application, lol.

I’m slightly disappointed that the cushion foundation would breaking up after a long day. So, you definitely need to touch up. However, on the plus side, this foundation definitely lives up to its name, it didn’t dry out my skin, never oxidize, and the oil control was pretty fine. This foundation reminds me a lot to Missha M Magic Cushion, though, but without the higher coverage that Missha provide.

Will I recommend this cushion? If you’re fine with touch up during the mid-day, then by all any means, go ahead and try this cushion. They have a lot of formulation option, though, so you can choose according to your skin types and needs, maybe the Ampoule one or the Pore Fitting one would be better, I would never know. Moreover if you are a packaging junkie (like me, lol!) and you are really interested with those cute patterns that Innisfree provide.
